How it works

Set it up once. Every booking after that is automatic.

1

Connect your calendar

Paste your Airbnb iCal link. Every booking becomes a stay with its own secure guest link — dates, nothing typed twice.

2

Share one link per stay

Drop cozier.io/s/kx92-casa in the Airbnb chat — or let a scheduled message send it for you. No app for guests, ever.

3

They check in, the door opens

Guests confirm arrival time and agree to your rules. The door code appears on arrival day — and only then.

For hosts

You’ll mostly just watch it work.

One screen for the week ahead: who opened their link, who’s checked in, which codes are out. The inbox keeps guest messages and the automated ones in a single thread.

  • Live check-in status for every arrival
  • Release a code manually whenever you want
  • Reminders and nudges go out without you

Gated door codes

Your code isn’t floating around a chat thread.

Sending codes three days early to someone you’ve never met is a leap of faith. Cozier holds the code until it’s actually earned:

  • Check-in first. Rules agreed, arrival time set, contact left — then the code can show.

  • Arrival day only. Not a moment before. Early birds see a countdown, not a keypad.

  • Per-stay codes, lockbox backup. A fresh keypad code each stay, and the lockbox fallback ships with the reveal. You can always release manually.

Olá Maya — today’s the day! Your check-in is done, so your door code is now live on your stay page, along with directions and the WiFi.

Email automation

The follow-up writes itself.

Airbnb’s calendar doesn’t share guest emails — so Cozier starts the moment your guest first opens their link. From then on, the right note lands at the right time, in your voice.

  1. Link opened → welcome“Olá Maya! Your stay page for Casa Olivar is ready.”
  2. Day before → arrival detailsDirections, luggage tips, and a nudge to finish check-in.
  3. Arrival morning → code is live“Your door code is ready on your stay page.”
  4. After checkout → thanks + reviewA warm thank-you that quietly grows your reviews (see below).

After the stay

Happy guests go public. Complaints come to you.

The day after checkout, Cozier asks every guest one question. Where their answer goes is the trick.

“How was your stay at Casa Olivar?”

4–5 ★

Nudged to review on Airbnb

A friendly ask with a direct link, while the stay is still fresh. That’s where the 4.9★ average comes from.

1–3 ★

Private note — only you see it

No review nudge. You hear what went wrong first and get the chance to make it right, off the record.

Hosts who got their evenings back

Guests just… stopped asking for the WiFi. The check-in gate means I’m not sending codes to strangers three days early anymore.

The private-note thing saved me twice. A guest vented to me instead of the review page — I fixed it, they came back in spring.

Set it up between two checkouts. The scheduled Airbnb message sends the link, and I genuinely don’t think about arrivals now.

Questions hosts actually ask

Do my guests need to install anything?

No. The guest link opens in any browser — phone, tablet, laptop. No app, no account, no password. The link itself is their key.

Where do the door codes come from?

You set a per-stay code for your keypad or lockbox when the booking lands (or reuse a rotating set). Cozier controls when guests see it. Smart-lock integrations are on the roadmap.

Does it work with Airbnb? Booking.com? Direct bookings?

Yes — anywhere with an iCal feed, which covers Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and most channel managers. Direct bookings can be added by hand in seconds.

What if a guest never checks in?

Cozier reminds them (and warns you) as arrival approaches. You can always release the code manually — the gate is your policy, not a cage.

Is the link safe to send in a chat?

Each stay gets its own unguessable token, and regenerating it kills the old one instantly. The sensitive part — your door code — sits behind the check-in gate, not in the message history.

How long does setup take?

About 10 minutes for your first property: paste your iCal link, fill the house guide, set your code policy. Your next booking is already covered.

Make your next stay cozier.

Your first property is free, forever. Set it up tonight — your next guest checks themselves in.
